abstract = "Landslides are natural phenomena occurring worldwide. In Brazil,
such events are recurrent and usually preceded and triggered by
heavy rainfall. When occurring in urban areas, these catastrophic
events cause disasters, such as economic damage, social impacts,
and fatalities. So the identification and monitoring of the
landslide-susceptible areas is extremely important and has been
made with mathematical models. The objective of this study is to
compare and analyze the performance of two different
physically-based models: Shalstab and TRIGRS for the
identification of landslide-susceptible areas.",
